Dr Rez Dental is delighted to announce the launch of an exciting new Patient aftercare service, unique to Liverpool - CarePlus!
Dr Rez Dental is partnering with a specialist company called SmileSafe, to offer our patients extended dental warranty services as part of our Practice aftercare services.
The dental warranty service provides a patient with complete peace of mind, for five years! If anything goes wrong with your treatment, we’ll fix it or replace it - up to the full cost of what you originally paid.
The cost is just 15% of your treatment cost, and its completely optional when you agree to proceed with your treatment. Patients have the choice to take up this extended warranty, should they wish, when they commit to starting treatment with us.
It’s highly recommended, especially for higher-value treatments or cosmetic work. It demonstrates our commitment to our patients and our confidence in the quality of care we provide.
All treatments can be covered under the CarePlus warranty, including:
Fillings
Crowns, bridges, veneers
Implants
Dentures
Composite bonding
Root canals
The cost is 15% of the total treatment fee. Some examples of how the warranty cost applied to treatments:
The warranty typically covers materials issues, functional Issues (not trauma), and repairs or replacements - up to the value of the original treatment cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by trauma or accidents, oral health issues from poor hygiene or missed maintenance appointments, problems caused by teeth grinding unless the patient is wearing a prescribed night guard, cosmetic dissatisfaction (if the agreed treatment was completed as planned, or any alterations / repairs made by another practice.

Dr Rez Dental needs the ongoing support of patients to ensure the warranty remains valid over the five-year period. This includes attending regular check-ups and hygiene visits (usually every 6 months or as advised), following all home care and aftercare advice.
