How does Invisalign work?
The process starts with digital scanning using the iTero Element 4 scanner - a handheld wand that creates a highly detailed 3D model of your teeth in minutes. No trays, no gagging, no impression material. The scan is used alongside Invisalign's ClinCheck software to plan your tooth movements and generate a digital preview of your final result.
Your custom aligners are worn for about twenty to twenty-two hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth. Treatment length varies: minor corrections can be achieved in three to six months; more complex cases may take twelve to eighteen months or longer.

There are two types: removable retainers worn nightly, and bonded retainers fixed to the back of the teeth. We'll advise which is appropriate, or often a combination of both.

Does Invisalign hurt?

Can I do Invisalign at the same time as other dental work?
